We are pleased to announce that our latest version of the WiFi SPARK NOC (Network Operations Centre) monitoring system went live this weekend. Our Wireless HotSpots are used by 1000's of subscribers across the country, so we want to know how they are performing, and especially when they are not performing. With our new Network Management System we can check the following system attributes;
- Internet Connection OK
- SPARK HotSpot Alive
- System Loading
- Data Transferred
- HotSpot Uptime
- Alarms generated by HotSpot
- System Logs and errors
What this means to you - our customer - is that we are monitoring your HotSpot round the clock and should there be a problem we will know about it. We are also able to provide our customers with details about their HotSpot performance and uptime.
