WiFi SPARK provides WiFi to some of the most prestigious conference centres in the UK including the QEII Conference Centre in Westmister and the Royal Horticultural Centre in London. These installations support many hundreds of customers simultaneously. We can offer you;

  • Quality Installation
    We will use our own engineers to install the equipment, ensuring a very high quality installation with proven WiFi and networking equipment. Members of our staff are fully trained and insured and we will provide you with a risk assessment and works statement before any work is performed.

  • Documented Customer Information Pack
    Following installation, WiFi SPARK will provide you with a complete Customer Pack showing signal coverage areas from a site survey, full equipment inventory and locations and who to contact from our company. Quick user guides and references are also available to give out to your customers .

  • 7 Day Helpdesk Service
    Helpdesk will be included at no extra cost, again from our own staff, ensuring that your customers get the best possible service. Helpdesk is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year on a local call rate number. All calls are logged and we can provide you with reports on issues raised.

  • Revenue
    We will also provide your company with a share of the revenue collected from internet use. A regular monthly statement will show how much revenue was collected and how many users accessed the system.

  • Usage statistics
    We treat the confidentiality of our users seriously so detailed information about individual users is not disclosed and we are fully compliant with EU directives for data retention and the data protection act. We are able however to tell you how many users accessed the service and over what periods.

  • Round the clock monitoring
    WiFi SPARK will monitor all equipment installed in your venue 24 hours a day. If a fault is detected we will know immediately and can take the appropriate action. We can even provide you with a service level agreement and give you access to our reports on system uptime. All this adds up to a reliable and fully supported system. We manage the whole solution and look after your customers allowing you to concentrate on your business.
