2021 welcomed a new partnership for WiFi SPARK. After a year of big changes for the company including being acquired by the Volaris Group at the end of 2020, the Exeter-based company is excited to learn from and partner with industry leaders in the incredible British technology field. A new partnership with Dorset-based information and technology company Ensign Communications Ltd will allow WiFi SPARK to elevate its network offering with the expertise of Ensign and its 30 years of experience.
Premiering their partnership with a 28-location project alongside English Heritage, Ensign and WiFi SPARK are able to provide the heritage sites with WiFi SPARK’s signature User Experience and comprehensive support packages working on top of a network of more than 100 Aruba 500 Series access points.
The core value for English Heritage lies in their ability to now create personalised engagements with their visitors through their Ensign facilitated Aruba Network, presenting valuable demographic-based analytics enabling English Heritage to improve the experience of their visitors. Content filtering, analytics and a diligent Service Desk round off the solution allowing for an entirely managed service within which English Heritage can grow and expand on in the future. The endeavour showcases the symbiotic nature of the two solutions working seamlessly to connect thousands of the people across the country this summer.
