Help us to make entertainment
free to patients
SPARK® is the answer to efficiency, engagement, entertainment and education to both staff and patients harmoniously.
Our future vision is to upgrade all existing units to SPARK® Horizons, to provide better applications, superior technology and drive
more efficiency to the Trust and its patients.
By deploying this reputable and proven software onto bedside units, we can ensure that every patient and staff member has access to education, entertainment, information and engagement no matter if they have a device with them or not.
Unfortunately, existing bedside units are too outdated to support SPARK® Media, so we have built a new state-of-the-art unit – SPARK® Horizon.
The below stats represent just four apps at an average-sized Trust and what the cost savings could be.

“This new service is a great example of how digital solutions meet the aspirations of the wider care and support we can offer our patients”
Liam McLaughlin
Acting Chief Information Officer, West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, 2021
